Note: PROST BIOTECH SDN BHD (operating the Prost Biotech brand) is an educational platform. We do not sell or ship pharmaceutical products. This policy applies to any physical educational materials or merchandise.
1. Delivery Timeframes
Most of our educational content is delivered digitally through our website at no cost. For any physical educational materials or merchandise:

2. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery of any physical materials:
- Pos Malaysia / Pos Laju: Used for standard domestic shipping within Malaysia
- DHL Express / FedEx: Used for express international shipments
- Regional couriers (J&T, Ninja Van): Used for SEA regional deliveries
The carrier and service level are selected based on package weight, destination, and delivery speed selected at checkout. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier for your order.
3. International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. Please note the following for international orders:
- Delivery times range from 10-14 business days depending on destination
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges
- Some items may be subject to import restrictions depending on the destination country
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection or processing
- International orders may require a signature upon delivery
4. Tracking Information
When applicable, tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 24 hours of shipment
- Track your package directly through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number
- Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your tracking number
- Contact us if your tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days
5. Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Common situations we can help with include:
- Package marked as delivered but not received
- Damaged packaging or contents upon arrival
- Incorrect items received
- Significant delays beyond the estimated delivery window
