Note: PROST BIOTECH SDN BHD (operating the Prost Biotech brand) is an educational platform. We do not sell pharmaceutical products. This policy applies to any educational materials, digital content, or consultation services.
1. Digital Content
Our educational content is primarily provided free of charge on our website. For any premium digital content or educational resources that require purchase:
- 7-Day Refund Window: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked
- Refund Requests: Must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
After the 7-day window, refunds for digital content may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or billing errors.
2. Physical Materials
For any physical educational materials, guides, or merchandise:
- 30-Day Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original, unopened condition
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product)
- Condition Requirements: Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage for a full replacement or refund
3. Consultation Cancellations
For educational consultation appointments or scheduled sessions:

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include Required Information:
- Your full name and email address used for the purchase
- Order number or transaction reference
- Item(s) you are requesting a refund for
- Reason for the refund request
- Photos of damage (if applicable)
- Await Confirmation: We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with approval or additional questions
- Return Items (if applicable): For physical materials, we will provide return shipping instructions after approval
- Receive Your Refund: Once processed, the refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Digital content accessed or downloaded after the 7-day refund window
- Physical materials returned after the 30-day window or in used condition
- Consultation appointments missed without cancellation notice
- Gift cards or promotional credits
- Shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error)
